The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is presenting the United States and the world with a dynamic situation, having immediate, far-reaching, and yet-to-be-seen impacts on our neighbors, businesses, and communities. We are monitoring current developments from our local health department, state agencies, the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and the White House. We will continue to take appropriate measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of our staff and customers.
Social distancing has been identified as a tool to assist in reducing the spread of COVID-19. We are encouraging our customers to file documents electronically. In e-filing, this allows customers the ease of submitting records from their business or home in addition to being a faster process for our staff to register documents. Attached you will find two (2) documents. We will need the original ACH form back before we can set up your account. I have also attached an e-filing acknowledgment, which will have to be attached to any document electronically filed. There is no particular program to purchase or specialized hardware for your computer to get started. The documents will have to be scanned as tiff images, no color images, only black and white, 200 to 300 DPI.
